Never had a problem with the Doctor's at this location but the receptionist is an incompetent moron. I waited 20 minutes while she trained a staff member. Then when she finally greets me she says,"Yeah what's up?" This doctor's office really needs better people working at the desk. Your office is only as good as the first person that's greets you and she was awful !

The receptionists were both unprofessional with me, got loud with me over the phone for asking a question. And if you make an appointment for 9 am you wont get seen until approximately 2 hours later even if there are only 3 people in the waiting room. Maybe they need help managing the office.

This has been my girlfriends primary care office for most of her life. Anyways since the old doctor retired we've gone in a few times. They called in the WRONG prescription to the WRONG pharmacy multiple times, even after being instructed otherwise on both occasions. Recently when going in because of a suspected gastro intestinal disease, they took a blood sample for testing and said they would set up an appointment with a GI specialist, and that it would take a couple days to get back to us. She's had nausea and vomiting, diarrhea for over a full week now, and still no word from these jokers. Seems like as soon as we leave the office and they bill her insurance company, they believe their responsibility to their patients (aka their paying customers) ends as we walk out the doors. We will be finding her a new doctor, and I would recommend you to as well..

Love the new doctor! He's very professional. Very good at his job! Staff is a little iffy though!

The new doc is ok they need a whole new staff though they're kinda rude and act like they don't know their own jobs and now its not a walk in u have to have appt now.
