Gee, the reviews are soooo bad I'm NOT taking my grandson there. The heck with his insurance I'll pay for his dental work and take him somewhere, where they are trained to handle children.

I did my best and gave this dentist office three attempts to improve my impression of them (three visits, two children). I've been extremely unimpressed with the service of the staff. They are not equipped or trained to handle children who are understandably scared about their first ever dentist appointments, and unprofessional in the way they operate. Once left my one year old waiting with the X-ray film in her mouth while they had a lengthy conversation with another assistant, and another time was completely rude with me as I tried to understand their policies and convey how they had been explained to me. She cut me off and would not let me finish a sentence. I am a polite and patient person, I will not stand for attitude, especially as unjustified as what I experienced. I cannot wait to go to any other pediatric dentist.

Detesto este lugar por la forma en que fui tratada, por los comentarios que hizo la chica que me atendió juzgando sin conocer hasta la escuché decir que las personas así le caían mal,  Solo porque hice una consulta para tener información sobre mi seguro. Decía: si tiene que pagar, que pague! ,Yo con gusto pago por la salud de mi hijo a cualquiera menos a ellos por el trato de ella, personas así no deberían tratar con público. Me fui sin atender el niño con el dolor de mi alma porque no me gusta que me traten mal. Ya no me daba confianza por su aptitud. Desde que llegue y me dio los documentos a llenar me dijo: a! usted es la que llamó al seguro!, eso ya no me gustó. Lástima no pregunté su nombre para ponerlo también. Créanme esto no me gusta y no soy una persona problemática pero me molestó tanto que lo hice de forma pública.
