Great family eye doctors who see patients of all ages, from infants to 100+ years old! Friendly doctors and staff! They have ALL brands of trial contact lenses with the best prices around... cheaper than online websites by far for most types of contact lenses. Some lenses are even carried in stock so that they can be purchased instantly.

I had a very pleasant experience at this office. Staff and docs were courteous. I was in and out in about 30 min. Both Dr. McQueen and Dr. Ferrer were kind. I had many questions and all were answered. I love my new prescription, and Dr. Ferrer spent a lot of time with me to make sure I liked it. She also showed me pictures of my eyes and that was fun. Thanks for the best eye exam..

I have been a patient of Dr. McQueen for 26 yrs.  He has up to date equipment, explains the results.   He is very competent and I would not think of going to any other optometrist.  His staff is extremely cordial and helpful.

I had a 9:30AM appt and finally at 10 I got up and asked them if they forgot about me....AGAIN they said they were having computer problems! Is it only when I go there or has others experienced this problem? This has happened at least twice now, maybe 3. Sorry my time is important too and no way am I waiting for their antique computers to kick in.  They need to upgrade.  Nothing against the doctor but I will be looking for another business for my next exam.   I still will use Lens Crafters for my glasses.

My elderly Aunt received very poor service.  Her old glasses had prism adjustments but Dr. McQueen's staff missed the adjustment in her new prescription, twice.  This office lacks the equipment and expertise to properly identify prism need. The Office Manager was rude, unprofessional and refused us access to the doctor for corrections.  Fortunately, the general manager on the adjacent Lenscrafter service identified the missing prism adjustment and arranged for a corrected prescription.
