Before I visited this office, I called and asked if they accepted my insurance. The answer was, "yes." However, when I got there, everything was fine until it was time for me to check out and I was hit with hundreds of dollars I had to pay because, "we don't take your insurance." I was angry because 1. I called and verified that they did and 2. Why didn't anyone let me know before we received services?  I would have taken my business somewhere else. I continue to receive a bill in the mail and each time I get more and more angry about the service I received there. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and I hope they are not in the practice of telling people they take their insurance to get them there then once services are received, the patient has to pay. The dentist and staff in the back were very friendly, the lady taking payments...not so much. She didn't seem to care which led me to believe this was done purposefully...hope I'm wrong.
