At first, I thought I was going to love calling Apex Family Dental my Dental office. I had read some of the other bad reviews but when you first start seeing them, they seem so nice and great to work with. I will second the person who said they make false charges, or at least they try to make you pay multiple times for the same work done. They do not have a good billing system or their people are just incompetent. I was refused to be seen today for a balance that was supposedly owed. First of all, the balance had previously been paid. Second of all, if you are going to claim that I have a balance owed, don't you think you should send a bill? To make things even better, the supposed balance was not even mine, it was my husbands. They spoke to my husband the day before, to confirm my appointment, and not once on the phone did they mention a balance that was supposedly owed.  

I wasted my time driving all the way there just to be told that they could not see me until the balance was paid. Again, this was my husband's supposed balance. He pays for all his medical and dental bills with his care credit and he was at work at the time. They didn't care. I even advised i would have him stop on his way home from work to discuss the matter and they still did not care. 

For anyone thinking about going there or who is currently going there, I STRONGLY suggest going elsewhere. You may show up one day and be told you have some mysterious balance that is owed and can not be seen until its paid, even if you have already paid it previously.

Do not go here they are crooks. I played the  amount that they stated every time. Im receiving calls and letters that suggest that I still owe them money. STAY AWAY!
