Horibble!!! This place is the worst "Dr's" office in Fresno. I have been a patient for over 10 year and have only see Dr. Cardona one time! They prescribed me anxiety medicine and had me do a urine test before doing so. They said my results came up dirty for marijuana when i have never tried it in my life! The urine tests had no names on them and had 5 inside of thw delivery box! This is insane! I have never had a good experience with this office and the best decision i have made was leaving this trash place. They really need a surprise visit from the state. DO NOT go to this office for help they will only make your life worse

Horrible customer service. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm not sure why these doctors allow to have such ignorant staff. Doctors should be be held accountable for the lack of respect their front desk office staff gives out to patient. This doctor neglect to review their poorly behavior staffing, shows what industry we live in today: No regards for patient care, no respect for patients time and questions. As a Public Health Major, emphasizing in Health Administration, I truly feel horrible for the generation we are introducing. Showing no support/sympathy for patient care is just so unfortunate. A smile goes a long way. And some of these staff do not know the meaning of customer services. We pay for your payroll, so show some respect and kindness to your patients!

They never answer the phone. I leave countless messages with no calls back. So frustrating!

OMG!! its ridiculous how the staff will make you wait for a long time and then just hang up on you! RUDE. anyhow i'm glad that i got a new doctor and i get the help from the staff with no problem.

She almost got my fathers legged chopped off because she didn't do her job properly my dad has diabetes and she didn't not send him to the hospital for further care she sent him home thinking he was fine but now he's hospitalized and undergoing surgery don't go there save a life
