Dr. Nguyen has unsurpassed knowledge, an aesthetic talent and is extremely caring. He is also truly a wonderful person. You will not find a better doctor or human being.

I have NO idea if what the lady, below, is saying is correct ... it cannot be that it happened as she said, (I suspect there was an emergency as sometimes happens). Dr. Nguyen has been my surgeon for years ..... and I have often seen other of his patients. At NO time was anyone ever treated less than wonderfully, (it's just not in his nature), and the office staff is more than generous. I have interviewed with other surgeons and would not think of having anyone but Dr. Davis do the necessaries. He is beyond gifted (double board certified) and works in such a delicate manner that the work is virtually undetectable. I would not take this (below) negative review at face value ... were it me, I'd go visit the office, (lovely and with a wonderful staff), and make my own decisions. Ask questions. They're very upfront. You don't want to miss a genius at this skill because someone was asked to wait, (and felt the need to be punitive), whilst another was being helped in a timely manner. Enjoy your time with Dr. Nguyen ... I know you'll love the results!

Dr. Nguyen is amazing, I have known him for 5 years now and referred close to 20 people to him. Everyone who I have referred to him has referred their friends because they were so impressed and satisfied with him. He is a perfectionist and will make sure you look amazing, he is always available for any questions. I feel confident in giving Dr. Nguyen 5 stars!

I went to my scheduled appointment today at 4:00pm to speak to Dr. Nguyen regarding a problem I was having with my tonsils. After waiting for 30 min I asked Alexis the front office lady when the doctor will see me and she replied he is really busy he might not see you until 5 pm. After five minutes she came back and said she is really sorry and that the doctor wont be able to see me at ALL today. I realized that Dr. Nguyen only caters to patients who have cosmetic concerns. If you are paying with insurance and have a real medical problem he will make NO time for you and will cancel your appointment. However, if you have a trivial medical issue like botox or restilin (something insurance will not cover) he will make all the time in the world for you. This is the worst experience I have had at a doctors office. As a certified ENT doctor, Dr. Nguyen is supposed to see patients with all ear, nose and throat problems, not ONLY cosmetic procedures that will earn him a profit. To top it all of, Alexis is very unfriendly, rude and has no concern for a patient that has a real medical issue. I urge you to think twice before you make an appointment with this Dr.
