Receptionist it's very polite and very courteous. They explained everything to me which was very nice. Not many places do that but they did thank you Dr Dental. Basically everybody was very nice there it's a nice place to go will recommend it to friends and family.

Super friendly staff! The doctor made me feel completely at ease and was one of the nicest dentists I’ve ever met! I highly recommend them and I will bring my whole family there from now on.

Coming here is the best decision you'll make for your dentistry needs. Don't hesitate to come here because it is a chain dentistry. Having many major dental problems throughout my life. I've been to the best dentists in CT and the northeast. The Doctor and staff here are the best anywhere in CT, PERIOD. Dr.Forum, Bruno, Naishaly, Tiffany and the rest of the staff will have you looking forward to your next appointment, really.

I have been to Dr. Dental in West Hartford a few times now for cleanings and fillings. The care is excellent and the dentist describes everything to you that's she's doing. She is very kind and the staff is very welcoming as you walk in. If the space they had was larger I'd give them five stars. I couldn't imagine a larger family bringing children here. It's a smaller dental office in a plaza perfect for single people or parents with maybe 1 child. That said they do seem to try and accommodate for children as the have a miniature playground in the corner of the lobby. Again the space is small and the staff is small (always the same three - four people) but the professionalism is great and the hospitality.
