I had an appointment schedule today at 10:30 am. I have been waiting for this appointment for almost 2 months now. I happened to call today and I double checked my appointment time. I was told by a lady named Veronica that oh I was never scheduled with the doctor and it was with the nurse, but the nurse doesn't come in  in the mornings so we have to reschedule you. Problem: I asked wouldn't you have to look at the nurses schedule before making my appointment? Then how would such a mistake happen? She gave me an answer that was kind of dumb and did not make sense. Now I have to wait even longer before I can see the doctor. Oh wait.....according to her I can never see the doctor I can only see the nurse practitioner. I wonder if she gave my appointment to someone else.  I am very upset right now. Very unorganized and seriously unprofessional.

Lisa (office staff) is awesome - she has gone above and beyond to help me will all my prescriptions - I have only seen Brenda the RN - she has been very helpful and it is very comfortable speaking with her about my health concerns - yes it's a small office - however they get the job done 👍

Very small and very dirty! The Doctor is so rude he yells at his staff in front of customers. And my office visits are very short... And by the way if you miss an appointment that you called in!! The Doctor will act like a sissy and cut your medications off!! Just sayin!

Solid Doctor for my husband. Staff does a good job..But they need to be more on their game when returning phone calls. Sometimes we need them to return phone calls regarding patiences needs right away.

Dr Pillai is my doctor, my wife's doctor and my sister in-law's doctor.  He is awesome! He has been my doctor for almost 2 years.  Lisa is very helpful as-well I cant say enough about how much they have made going to the doctor a painless experience. They know your name and make you feel.....well like you would feel in a small town doctors office. I would recommend Dr Pillia and his Palmdale staff to anyone and everyone looking for a doctor.
