I have been a patient of Dr Kennedy's for many, many years and she and her staff feel like family. She is frank, caring, and takes plenty of time to talk to you and get to know you personally. Her philosophy of the Doctor/ patient relationship is reassuring and provides excellent care. Her staff is very efficient, cheerful, and thoughtful. If you are able to afford the MVIP system, you will be very lucky to have her as your physician.

For two years Dr. Kennedy was my physician and I never had to wait more than a few minuets for an appointment. Her staff was always polite and willing to help. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. She had sensible advice and an amazing ability to see the patterns in my glucose levels and needs as a diabetic. I really enjoyed my time there and Dr. Kennedy was a fantastic physician. I have no complaints. She has just changed her practice where I would need to pay a great deal more for her care and I cannot afford it. Otherwise she has been a great doctor and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a endocrinologist in the MD VIP program.

I tried to get an appointment. First they had me send all my information which they lost twice. Then they ask to wait a week for the Dr. to review it. This took 2 almost 3 weeks. Then they call and tell me she won't take me as a patient and doesn't give any explaination or an apology for why. I was waiting for her and I'm out of my medication for about a month now and wouldn't even see me for one appointment. I'd say this is pretty rude.
