Just tried to get an appointment to do a simple procedure and was denied because I had not been to this practice before. The receptionist said if I were there previously they would take me but since I wasn't they told me to go to a clinic. I told her I was looking for a primary doctor and she still said I need to go to the clinic. I don't know what the prerequisites are for a doctor to accept you but this just didn't feel right. The receptionist was very dismissive and not welcoming at all. I moved to the area recently and looking for a primary doctor. I know where I will never look for one again.
