Dr Dumrong Tangchitnob is the best! Supper attentive and has awesome bed side manners with his patients. Genuinely cares and listens to patients problems/concerns.  He makes patients feel like family.  If i could give him 10 stars I would.

I would definitely recommend coming here! Every time I come, the staff makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The girls at the front are always willing to answer any questions I have and never make me feel like a bother. The wait can be long at times, but when Either doctor comes in, I never feel rushed which makes the wait worth it. If you are looking for an great OBGYN I would suggest coming here.

If I could give a negative star I would. I came in after having to wait 1 month for an appointment even though I had my referral approved ahead of time. I come in and I am waiting on the doctor for a pap. One of the nurses comes in and asked if I wanted a breast exam too? I said yes. So I was completely naked at this point. They come in 10mins later and advised me that the doctor I was waiting on had an emergency and had to leave. They told me they would have the other Doctor come in and assist me, I agreed. 20mins later the nurse comes in again and says that the other Doctor had an emergency too and I could not be helped today. I paid a $50 co pay to see my doctor and to get tests ran and a consultation but instead I got nothing and I also just lost $50 for nothing and they would not refund it and had the nerve to ask of I wanted to reschedule and they would apply it to my next visit? Why would I want to come back here? My first experience here was horrible and I definitely don't want to come back for another visit. Sad how I was treated.

Heavy heavy handed! I had pain and bleeding for three days and a constant strong urge to urinate for about a week! I went to another dr in riverside who said he injured my broad ligament! I had no infection confirmed by UA & bloodwork..  I'm 44, this is not my first gynecologist but he was certainly the most painful one!  I hope this helps someone avoid him! He also had problems with billing my insurance! I had two claims for the same day billed under two different providers!  (Father/son) shady!
