Just for starters, I thought I had an experienced dentist that truly cared, but I found out that there was very little care and the experience was not really there either. Having a tooth pulled the tooth next of it got totally damaged. Dr. Carlson did not tell me about it so when I got home I look and I see my tooth was half gone he had broke the filling in half and didn't even tell me about it. So I go in the next day to see if everything is going to be all right and he tells me that he's not responsible for any damage to other teeth that they would have just broke off anyway and never even said he was sorry about it and I don't know why he didn't tell me about it. The day that I had the tooth pulled and then the filling that he put in on the same day only lasted 6 months. Probably because Dr. Carlson refuses to use a low-speed drill to rough up the surface so the filling can stick. So I basically lost two teeth because of his incompetence and I totally lost trust because he never said nothing about the one tooth he broke off
