This “Practice” is wonderful as long as things are going well. Good luck to anyone that truly needs to talk with a Physician because of medication they casually dispense. I was put on Cymbalta for pain (useless) for a period of about 5 months. I was NEVER warned about the side that one would experience if this medicine didn’t work….I wasn’t even encouraged to do so when I in fact had to wean off because of adverse side-effect. The list of potentially dangerous side-effects are real and have been identified for those intuitive enough to do the research. Their solution was to “wean” me off this dreadful medicine and put me on a like-kind medicine with all of the same alarming/frightening side effects.  
NO THANKS!!!
 You guys out to be barred from practicing medicine.

This doctor refused to see me after I sought a second opinion, would not accept phone calls to explain why? The only professional in this office is Eric at the front desk. Don't waste your time or money.

THIS OFFICE SUCKS.

NEEDLES and steroids are terrible for you.
Radio frequency is loaded with 30 day debilitating side effects, that left me with spaghetti legs.

Doctor makes you pay $75.00 if you cancel last minute, but when they do it to you, you get nothing.
I was TURNED away from a scheduled appointment as they said: "It was not approved".
We drove 50 miles one way for NOTHING. Not even a phone call saying, we did not get it approved yet.
That is their job to get WC  approved not mine.
Why did you call me and confirm an "unapproved visit?"
The WOMAN receptionist NEVER called back like she said she did.
COX bills can be pulled up to view at any time.

Unprofessional and nobody cares about you when the RADIO FREQUENCY procedure, leaves you worse off than before.
ZERO accountability and they literally will either not call you back, but they will screen your call, and not allow it to go to voice mail, if you call back enough times.

Thanks for the now 100% numb left foot! That is so nice of you...wow...sporting a cane, and waiting for eternity for a hearing to find another sub standard WC doctor.
