I was referred to Dr. Waki by my general doctor for two different issues and I felt they were addressed in a timely manner by Dr. Waki. He’s very kind and gentle; great bedside manner in his office, in the surgical center and in the operating room. The nurse had great things to say about him as well. One thing that was consistency disappointing was the surgery scheduler, Star Daluca. I called her twice for two different questions and never got a call back. The second call was returned via US mail, but this is about Dr. Waki and he, his front office staff, and the nurses deserve five stars. Also, his clinic is clean and professional.

Was referred to  Dr. Waki by my doctor. Dr. Waki expedited the testing. Tests revealed I had parotid gland cancer and needed surgery. I went on line and saw pictures of people who had this kind of surgery. Many were grotesquely disfigured. I feared what I would look like after surgery more than I feared having cancer. My cancer required the total removal of my parotid gland and unless a person is looking very closely and intentionally comparing both sides of my face, you cannot tell I had so radical a surgical procedure. As far as I am concerned, Dr. Waki and his team are miracle workers!

I found Dr. Waki personable and efficient. Communicated well and addressed my concerns. Yes its a Doctors Office, there is a wait but no more than normal.

After waiting six weeks for an appointment after being referred to this doctor, when my husband was checking in he was asked for his social security number.  He informed the receptionist that he had insurance and that there was no need for them to have his SS number.  They refused to let him see the doctor if he didn't give his SS no.  He was told that they use the number in case they weren't paid to track down the patient.  He again reminded them that he had insurance which covered this visit.  He was again refused without the SS no.  Bottom line, this doctor is more concerned with suing his patients than with helping them.  There is no reason to give your SS number if you have insurance.  We do not recommend dealing with a doctor who does business this way. no stars

I waited almost 6 weeks for an appointment with this doctor.  He refused to see me because I wouldn't give my SS Number.  Even after I showed Fiscal Responsibility with Valid Insurance and a Co-Pay.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give your SS Number to a doctor if you have Insurance!  Your Insurance Company already has it.  The individual doctors not only don't need it, but they are not allowed by law to collect it if you have Valid Insurance.

Even if the doctor has to chase you for money, he has plenty enough information on you to find you.  A SCAM!
