Amazing Dentist and staff...he does everything he can to make sure you're happy with whatever work he's doing on your beautiful smile. Very friendly and considerate. I will recommend him to any and everyone I know.

I missed my sons appointment.I called and told the truth i had just forgot to write it  on my calander. I could made up any kind of emergency, but i told the truth. I was told my son had missed two appointments and they couldn't see him any longer. 2x in four years. I was told it was standard procedure. Give me a breake! This is totaly ludicrous.my son has been going there for years.OH!! The lady on the phone was nice enough to offer to give me numbers to some other Dentist that to my insurance. That was a big slap in the face! I like Woddy, good dentist and nice guy. But I'm wondering if he is aware of this"Standard procedure"? I have never put anyone down as a negative experience. But now i have. I'm requesting Dr.Stenson to call me direct. 6 moths ago my older son went their got over 2 Thousand dollars wort of work done. He missed one day. They sure didn't kick him out.  I think he posted his experience, if not he will.

I switched from these folks to Aspen Dental a couple years ago. I just never felt like he valued my business and they made me feel like crap about my dental condition. That's probably not their intentions but that's the vibe I always got.
