Dr. Caldarella is possibly the world's best doctor, as well as a caring human being.  Everyone in his office, from the receptionists to the nurses, are friendly and respectful.  They answer the phone promptly, without a huge phone tree to navigate and are knowledgable and quick to solve problems.  This has to be a result of the atmosphere that Dr. Caldarella creates.  He listened to what I had to say, made some changes in my insulin regimen, and in three months my A1C went from a terrible 9 to a not so terrible 7.1.  I know that it will continue to improve with his guidance.  He is wonderful, and I am lucky I found him.
