The staff at SFMP are an amazing team, from the receptionist to the lab staff. Dr “G” is a pleasure to see. Keep up the great work.

Dr. Sunnela Gottumukkala has been my physician for nearly 10 years. While I don't enjoy the wait time in the office at times, I find her to be a personable physician who looks out for my health. She involves specialists when needed. The specialists she's recommended for me have been good clinicians and I can still choose a different specialist if I choose to. While she's associated with St. Francis, I prefer mammograms at Baptist as I've got history there. I do have choice. I see her and her staff as integral partners in managing my health.

Absolutely terrible. By no means am I a medical dr, but I am assuming the majority of us have grown to know that if our mucus is yellow we typically have some sort of bacterial infection. Now I may be wrong about this, but I am almost certain that I am not. After telling me that it was probably viral I was given a steroid/Benadryl shot and sent on my way ( after sitting in this office for three hours). I was instructed to "call back" if I wasn't better in ten days. Well after getting nothing but worse I called back in at 9 a.m. this Monday to request the antibiotic that I should have received in the first place. At 4 p.m., after being told it would be handled, I went to the pharmacy that was named by the young lady that was helping me during the morning phone call. After a forty-five minute break from work I was told by the pharmacy that it hadn't been called in. I then call the office back to have them tell me, "oh, the dr. hadn't gotten to it." Do I feel that I am more important than the rest of her patients? Absolutely not. I do feel as though I should be valued enough as a patient to receive the help that I was promised, and that I paid for. I never had these experiences with Amy Booth in the office. I deal with medical professionals all day, and their time is VERY important to them. I would just appreciate if that treatment was reciprocated.

Dr robbins is the best Dr I have ever had the experience of working with. She takes the time to answer every question. She treats all her patients like they were her own family, always asking about your other family members that she treats, taking the time to know you on a personal level! I would never see another doctor! I know that there will be a wait at times, but that's because she gives her all to every patient, and I know I want that same experience! Just love the care I get there! And her nurse Ashley......well, let's just say, you couldn't ask for a better person! What a team! Just wanted to add, those girls at the front desk, you are awesome, I love seeing you every time I come in! You can always make me smile, even when I feel horrible! So, to all of you, thank you, and I can't wait to see you all again!
