I called to schedule an appointment. They told me I was scheduled for x day at x time. I called twice to re-schedule, no one picked up the phone. I left 2 voicemails, no one returned my calls. On my third attempt to re-schedule someone finally picked up the phone. They did not even have me scheduled for x day at x time. There was no record I have ever made the appointment. This place is quite mediocre. Maybe good for botox and cosmetic but not for serious medicine.

She has been my doc for at least five years and I have never had a bad experience or a long wait. Very personable, very caring, very willing to spend all the time it takes to keep you healthy. I have referred numerous family members, friends, and co-workers with complete trust that she will provide excellent care. None have ever complained.

A++++++! Dr. Freeman is the most kind hearted doctor and the staff from top to bottom is amazing. I usually dread going to the doctor but Dr. Freeman truly cares and is unbeleivable. It’s more than just a paycheck, she always treats me as if I was a family member and I always leave her office with a smile. She is never in a rush to get me out of her chair to see her next patient and is a real person that actually can relate to you. Downtown doctor is a high class practice and I am so happy to have been blessed with a doctor that treats me like a friend for life. Clean, comfortable, nice people.. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!

Dr. Georgeanne Freeman is an osteopathic physician who actually takes the time to sit down and get to know you. I did not feel rushed which is very rare in the US medical world. She really wanted to make sure all of my concerns were discussed and options were given.

My insurance plan assigned me to Dr Freeman. I've had 3 interactions with the office and they're all horrible. If you need a refill or if you need a referral expect to wait and wait and wait and call and call and call. They don't communicate and seem overworked and overbooked all the time. If you have an appointment in the office, expect to wait at least 1hr +. Horrible office - horrible service. GO elsewhere!
