I met with Dr Heaton and his staff on Dec 20,2017 to have some moles removed on my face that I have had since childhood.

When I arrived at the clinic I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and didn’t wait long until I was called in by the nurse. 

The nurse was very friendly and was quick to get all my information and answered any questions that I had! 

Dr Heaton came in and I felt very comfortable with him. He outlined all my options and made sure I was well informed. He was very knowledgeable in his field and I felt like he was the right guy for the job so I went ahead and had moles removed that day. 

Dr Heaton was great at explaining what was going to happen and how to take care of myself afterward. Very detailed in his approach for the best results! 

I also asked him questions about other procedures he performed and he was more that happy to answer! He came across to me as the type of doctor that will only do the procedure if it will turn out right! Not just looking to make a buck! 

Very happy with my experience and will definitely be back if needed for other services!!

Very disappointed with my consultation. My consultation was for breast reduction surgery. He told me that I wouldn't be able to get the surgery covered and that if I had a reduction I would be left with little to no breasts. I totally disagreed with his assessment, so I went for a second opinion in London. I am now 7 weeks post op from my breast reduction. I was approved right away and I'm left with a beautiful C cup, my back pain is almost completely gone. I couldn't be any happier. So don't forget about second options if you are rejected by Dr. Heaton.
I can say that his staff was friendly and his office is beautiful.
