Dr Gallo is the best. Have gone to him approximately 20 years. He has the worst staff ever from the top. I needed an authorization for insurance and they didn't have time. I am in a dangerous spot. I will explain to him as soon as possible. Without good staff behind him he could loose a lot of patient . Hope that doesn't happen to him. I'm not the only one with same issues.

My husband had cataract surgery with Dr.Gallo and was very pleased with the results and with the doctor. I can not say the same about the office staff. I had a very unpleasant conversation with one of them on the phone. In the future if I should need eye surgery I would look for another doctor.
