I received 4 opinions from some of the top orthopedic surgeons in the Denver area before I visited Dr. Leo. All of them said I had a 50% chance of success in a surgical procedure for my tennis elbow. When I met with Dr. Leo I immediately felt that, ok, here we have a REAL, authentic individual who truly loves her work and believes in it completely. 

To start, her office is down to earth- none of the glitter and glam and modern starkness to impress. She echoed her earthy surroundings with real advice.

She held eye contact, wasn't a smooth-dude as these city doc's were in Denver. When she said she treats/has treated many cases like mine and has had great success, I believed her instantly.

To this day, 12 years later, I've had complete success with the results of the surgery with Dr. Leo.  If only these high and mighty doc's in the city would listen to what Dr. Leo has to say, about why she's so successful with her surgeries, they'd too learn the secret to her success. Well, at least to her surgeries. They'd have to make very big changes to their attitudes to really make any difference.

Dr. Leo is amazing. I have worked with her on several occasions (love that active Colorado lifestyle). I absolutely love her no-nonsense but friendly approach to medicine. She clearly cares about the well-being of her patients, focusing on how we will heal, not on what may be expedient. I have referred several people to her, all with similarly excellent results. Recommended without hesitation.

In 2005 Dr. Leo was the only doctor who successfully diagnosed and fixed my husband's shoulder after 17 years of pain. 
It's 2017, no issues, fully recovered! I think this qualifies as a very successful review, thank you Dr. Leo!!!

Absolutely love this office and everyone in it.  They took great care of my daughter and with a personal touch.  We appreciate the down to earth style of Dr. Leo.  She was so kind, upfront and friendly!  Would recommend this practice to anyone!

Jan is awesome! I had 2 injections for my elbow and they have done wonders. The staff is very friendly and the office is very quaint. I will refer everyone to her.
