Staff is a little frazzled and disorganized, but they are all very friendly.   The nurse or assistant or whatever her title was did not know how to properly apply the blood pressure cuff.  Dr. Bolaram is very friendly, funny, real charming and interesting personality.  He listened very carefully and seemed genuinely concerned.  Glad he is in Winter Haven.

This doctor is extremely unprofessional and has multiple cases of patient abandonment. He should be sued for malpractice.

Scheduling an appointment is a nightmare, missing one is even worse!  Generally an appointment is made almost a MONTH in advance and you receive NO courtesy calls at all.  Even for a 5 minute prescription refill they refuse to see you!  The staff has ZERO concern for the patient's mental health and could care less if you get the medicine you need.  This practice should be shut down and NEVER reopened!  It is truly a disaster waiting to happen.  Cosmetic surgery can wait months for an appointment... NOT A MENTAL PATIENT!
