We just had our first meeting with doctor Ries regarding our mother. He was so kind and patient. He spent at least 30 minutes with us patiently explaining everything. He was very nice to Mom and I was very impressed. It is difficult hearing your mother has Alzheimer's but I felt good knowing we have someone who cares.

I have been loyally seeing Dr. Ries for about 4-5 years now. With me this is a big deal. I'm generally very picky about doctors. The slightest thing I don't like about a doctor has me running off to a different doctor instead so I don't normally last long with one doctor, but I've never found anything not to like about Dr. Ries. He's an amazing neurologist. He has certainly helped me out a great deal with my trigeminal neuralgia and has always been very kind to me and sympathetic during my worst moments with the pain. He always took the time to sit with me and listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed and has always been really good with explaining what's going on with me in simple, non-medical terms that I could understand. I highly recommend him. I have every intention of continuing to see him until he retires and boy do I dread that day he does! Doctors like him are so hard to find these days.

Dr. Rites is a very knowledgeable, professional and last but not least compassionate neurologist. He pulled up my MRI and explained what area was abnormal that was causing the symptoms that I am exhibiting. We discussed what we could do about it, he even came out to the lobby to meet my husband. I'm very satisfied with him and his staff which are very helpful and accommodating.In addition, we discussed another issue I was having that was not related to what I was seening him for. As a matter or fact, I am new to the area. I feel my choosing Dr. Rites as my neurologist was not incidental, but it was a blessing.

So very nice. Very thorough about explaining everything in terms we could understand. Would highly recommend him. Much nicer and a lot more aggressive in finding my problem than the first doctor I saw. Always get that second opinion!

The staff is very nice.  The wait is not long.  Dr. Ries is very kind and professional.  He is thorough and considerate.
