Customer service stinks. They don't respect the Hipa agreement, the minute you walk threw the door everyone knows your business. They start judging you immediately. They told me they cared and wanted to help meanwhile they were telling me not to come back. Don't go unless you have to. If privacy is your goal don't bother with this place.

Dear Dr. Rogers, I was extremely grateful today that you could see me. I felt very sorry that you were not only having to do your job, but train a new employee, along with doing Deborah Bassinger's job! I', sorry that I passed on what the people in the waiting room were saying. None of us had a real idea what was going on. We did know that Deborah had left; and it seemed that she had left early since we all had been told by her that our appointment today would be our last with her. None of us even thought that you would let her leave before she had trained her replacement especially since you are so busy. 1st please forgive me for making your bad day worse. 2nd hope you got a chance to enjoy at lease one of the chocolates I brought. You are fantastic and there are hundreds of us that appreciate you VERY VERY much Love Marge Kavanaugh (09/09/1945)

I used to go to Dr. Rogers then my insurance changed to one he does'nt take. I have been unhappy ever since. Dr. rogers is very good a what he does. He is easy to talk to and he cares about treating people. The so called dr. I have now only cares about your urine test results and writing your scripts. He doesn't do anything for me to help fix the problem. Dr. rogers gave me spinal shots every 6 months. Sent me for other test and physical thearapy and sent me to a surgeon. The surgeon wanted to wait one year to see how much my back was deteriorating in that time span. Doctor Rogers is great! I only wish he would take my insurance so I could go back to him. I feel I have no hope at getting better where I am at now and I getting to the point of giving up. I have Molina insurance now because I lost my united health care when I lost my job. I got my job back but couldn't get company insurance because they said it was now a pre-existing condition. If anyone has Molina they know they won't pay for anything to fix you only drugs for the pain. Hopeless in Dayton.
