Overall- the nicest man and most caring dentist!
I'm a new patient who moved to the area last year and was worried about finding a new dentist. However, Dr. Forman and his team have beat all of my expectations. They communicate better than perhaps any professional office I have been to before. Dr. Forman did some work on me that was painless. And he even uses a camera that goes inside my mouth and educational videos to show me what HE sees and to educate me and allow me to make the choice that I was comfortable with! Have recommended to friends in the area as well and no one has been disappointed yet.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating, but the dental care I received was rather poor. Every filling I've had here has fallen out, including one I've had filled twice. My brother also had a filling done so poorly that he couldn't floss the neighboring tooth, causing it to fully decay and needed to be removed. This dentist honestly discouraged me from seeing any dentist for a while out of fear that they all would give poor treatment like I received here.

Dr. Forman's office is very nice and clean.Staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explain the procedure step by step and show a video to make it easier to understand.
They do not make you wait.
 If you have any questions about the insurance, the front desk is more than happy to help you. Dr. Forman and his staff are always nice and helpful in advising what is best  for you. 
I would recommend this office.
