There are two primary DVM's here, Dr Jerry Immethun and Dr Radakovich.  Both of them without a doubt have an incredible bedside manner with their patients.  They listen to your concerns regarding your pet and then explain their primary diagnosis, what they want to do treat them, and then they treat your pet as if it were their own.  I have been taking my dogs [ (2-Shih Tzu) - (1-Miniature Yorkie) - (1-Basset) - (1-Cat)] there for over 10 years and they have earned my loyalty, trust and respect.  While they treat your pet they are usually talking to you and explaining what they are doing.  I have been to three Vets since I moved to KC in 1992 but I feel as though I have found a home and safe haven for the treatment of my little ones.
