The wait time was long, yes...but Dr.Spitz was knowledgeable and treated our daughter using a medication that wasn't a typical solution to her condition...it went away in 2wks after we tried over a year using typical recommended treatments from our pediatrician.

I went to Dr. Spitz to get two pilar cysts removed. While he did a great job, I had to wait abnormally long times to see him. When I got the cysts removed, I had scheduled an appointment for 9:45 AM. I was told that he had made a 45 minute block for me. When I got there, two other people had that same time slot. He didn't take me until 11. 
Then when I went to get the sutures removed 2 weeks later, I had an appointment for 11:30. Suture removal is a 2 minute procedure. At 1:15, I was still sitting in the waiting room.
I asked the (very rude) receptionist if I can be seen by a different doctor to remove the sutures. 
Overall very bad experience. 
In short, while he is a very good doctor, unless you have 2 hours to sit in a waiting room, go somewhere else.

Dr. Leslie Bitman is one of the most careless dermatologists. When I came in to the office, they asked what I was here for and told them, "That I haven;t seen a dermatologist in over a year and would like a check up as she proceeded to ask me if I had any problems. After I showed her some of my spots that I was concerned about she told me that I was finished and nothing to worry about with checking the rest of my body. Will NEVER go back to her!!!!!
