I feel that this doctor himself has a good reputation. However, I'm a health insurance agent. One of my customers told me that a lady from this office hung up on them when they tried to set an appointment as a new patient. I called the office myself to still try and discuss the health insurance plan that my customer has, but the lady who I spoke with was also very rude to me as well. So I decided to look elsewhere to help my customer find a doctor whose staff was not as rude because having a baby should be a great experience for the family, not one where they're treated like how this office treats people.

Dr. White has the best bedside manner and is extremely patient and understanding. He is very easy to talk to and knows his stuff. He answers all of our questions and uses laymen's terms so my husband and I understand. We highly recommend him especially if you are expecting a child!

I am not one to write bad reviews, but I will be switching OBGYN's immediately. 
First off, the doctor himself is very nice and I have no problems with him at all. However, his staff is not and it creates a horrible experience for consumers like me.
I went into the office one day and no one else was in there except for me. One of the nurses came in and told me I needed a service done, however,  I asked the doctor and he said it wasn't necessary to have it done and I've already spent 135k in medical bills this year when I went to the hospital, so I declined the service politely. The staff member quickly slammed the door after and called me a b**** to her coworkers right there. I opened the door to find them still talking about me. How inappropriate and horrible!
Next visit, I went in for a Mirena insert. My insurance covers it 100% and pays for it. However, the office forces you to pay $200 out of pocket for something that should already be covered. So I was really upset about that because it's now Christmas time and I was forced to pay $200 out of pocket and now have to wait 3-6 weeks to even get a reimbursement of MY MONEY.
And NOW, as an update, I will NOT be coming here because he refuses to set up a payment plan with me and will not give me my $200 back.
DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LIED ABOUT THE DEPOSIT COMING BACK.

Dr White is extremely knowledgeable, careful and caring. He delivered two of my children and after extensive experience with several practitioners due to high risk pregnancies, I will never switch providers again if it is in my control.

Dr. White is simply amazing. He's very thorough & caring. He takes his time through his examinations & he explains things very well. The office staff are very helpful & courteous too. I love this provider!!!
