I've only seen him once as I am a new patient, and my 1st impression of Dr.Ott is that he has a great personality, he very friendly, "down-to-earth", comforting, very knowledgeable, a good listener, and he takes the time to answer your questions and concerns in depth. The only downside is that I had to wait over an hour before I saw him. But, he was worth the wait. So, I'll be seeing him again and recommending that the rest of my family do so too.

Doctor Ott is considered by all Houstonian's The Best Doctor in The USA. His care and compasión is out of this world. My family & friends are all his patients. We are very blessed to have such knowledgeable , trustworthy and kind hearted Doctor in our Houston & Bellaire community. My family and friends will drive from The Country side in Texas , The Woodlands , Sugar land , Galveston , Pasadena , Baytown and other farther areas just to see Doctor Ott. Because we feel safe with Doctor Ott we will continue to visit his office for medical help. Thank You Doctor John P. Ott & Staff. We are truly grateful. Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. Coyne

Dr. Ott is very intelligent with a loving & empathetic demeanor. He doesn't judge. He's engaging and easy to talk to. He wants to know you and understand what your needs are. I was a teenager when I became 1 of his first patients. Saw him for 15 years straight, insurance changed and had to find a new doctor. But now we have different insurance. After 14 years of jumping from doctor to doctor, finally sticking to one doctor but not all that happy I am finally back with the best doctor I have ever encountered. Obviously I cannot speak enough about how great this Doctor Ott is. My children also see him & they find him non threatening, he's welcoming, very nice, listens to them, believes them & he makes them feel comfortable. They are usually scared going to a doctor's appointment. But not when they see Dr. Ott.

Dr. Ott is a doctor that listens. He will ask questions and then considers all the facts. Then he will design a program that will help you . I trust Dr. Ott more than any physician I have ever had. He is also very respected by his peers.

Dr. John Ott is one of the best physicians in family practice in Houston. He has great bedside manners and takes a personal interest in his patients. He is the type of family doctor that should be emulated. Just a very wonderful physician. We need to clone him!!!
