These people are not honest.  They will bill your insurance for work that was never done.  People pay a lot of money in health care premiums and this is wrong.  I had them do a crown for $700.  I payed $326.00 of that amount which was 40%.  When I got my statement from my dental insurance saw that they billed $1,250.00 and they got $700 from insurance.  They claimed they did a cleaning that was not done, X-rays that were not done and an exam that was not done.  So they got $1,236.00 for a crown that should have bean $700.00.  STAY AWAY!!!

I loved this Dentist ! everyone in the office were very helpful and courteous . looking forward to my next appointment .

I am a recent patient to Arch Dentistry as my old dentist retired. The equipment is state of the art, the staff is very friendly & Dr. Joe knows his stuff. Also, they are very helpful with explaining your dental insurance plan. I would strongly recommend Arch Dentistry if you're looking for a new Doctor!

Poor service, I mean really poor. I made my appointment and waited an hour before seeing someone...NO RESPECT for you time what so ever!

Stay away from this dental practice, they seem to be ethically challenged, not to mention the license on probation and the controlled substance license suspended.
