My dad was referred to this Dr. by his family doctor. We heard the same thing that Dr. Padilla was good at what he does. Well they scheduled him to be seen by the doctor sometime in June. Then the MRI was done on the 16th of August for his diagnosis. The results were sent promptly to his office staff by the people who performed the MRI. Well to this day, August 31st, my dad still has not received any information from Dr. Padilla or his staff! My mom called numerous times and got the complete run around treatment from someone who obviously doesn't care about the patients or Dr. Padilla. His name is Enrique. He would ALWAYS tell them that he would call them back, and yet never did. As a matter of fact, he still hasn't. My mom finally got through to someone named Adriana who was finally able to help my parents out! I have no idea if that Enrique person is related to Dr. Padilla or what, but he definitely showed my parents and I that he does not care about the patients of Dr Padilla, or his practice for that matter! I seriously would NOT EVER recommend this place to ANYONE based on what my parents experienced with their front office! (Enrique)

I was told this Dr was thee best in the valley so I agreed to wait a whole mth and a half for him... But so far my experience with his staff and the way they handle apts is unprofessional.. I'm still rating this first visit though.. So far my apt was set for 12: 30 p.m... I walk into the office and his staff is busy chatting then when notified an apt had arrived they just turn to look at each other like they was stuck on stupid and where not aware of their job duties... Finally after filling out the papers I was given I'm told the staff is out for lunch and Dr is in surgery that I have to wait like hold up am I being punked or something?!?! What I don't understand is if he was scheduled surgery during this time and if the staff take their lunch break together at this time then why did they set me up for an apt at this time I don't get it.. Like a mth in a half wasn't a long enough wait... They even called me a day b4 to conform my apt... Sad and disappointed so far

Had a modified laminectomy L4,L5 3 years ago. Results were awesome!!! I was disabled before the surgery now am fully functional! He is very, very, busy so don't expect for him to spend much time with you, which I was ok with as long as he did the surgery. You do have to do strengthening exercises to keep your back strong, watch your weight and lift smart or else your results may not be as wonderful as mine were.
