I have seen Dr. Rao for two years receiving regular allergy injections. I I found him to be kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. It was very unfortunate that he had to close his office in Rancho Cordova.

Dr. Rao only thinks about money. He is not interested in helping his patients out, if there is for instance a misunderstanding about whether he is in our network or not. He offered to help us with 10% of our bills amounting to hundreds of dollars. He did not acknowledge our claim to Blue Shield until months had passed. He is not a good doctor. When I tried discussing our issue with him, he treated me as if I had no idea how the system works, interrupted me regularly, and finally called me rude. He is hard to understand, and when I asked him to repeat himself, he got frustrated with me.
