My experience at Dr. Kim’s clinic has been the most positive and professional. The entire staff from top to bottom are well-trained and extremely qualified to handle my dental needs with the utmost care. After each appointment visit, I am left satisfied and content with the work they have done and that speaks to the high level of professionalism being exhibited at the clinic.

Excellent, superb care. They always schedule your appointment with sufficient time frame that my wait is almost always short and Dr.Kim always gives me full attention. And of all years I've been coming here they take extra effort to make sure I feel comfortable and understand why and what treatments are needed whenever I need them.

I love this clinic. My whole family has been coming here for years and very thankful that Dr. Kim has been taking such good care of mine and our family's teeth. We just welcomed a baby girl last year and she actually loves coming to see Dr. Kim! Warm and inviting clinic. Always takes time to explain and answers all my questions. My wife came to see Dr. Kim first when she found the clinic under her insurance - she (of all folks) convinced me to give it a try, knowing how picky I am with dentist or any health related. Well, best decision! I needed so much work and Dr. Kim took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with each step of treatment. It did take a long time for me to finish all my treatments, but now I have a confident, awesome smile and I thank Dr. Kim! Honestly though, I think teeth treatments do need sufficient time and I am happy Dr. Kim never rushed through anything. If you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable AND family-friendly dentist, you've found the right clinic.

I found Dr Kim through my insurance. Truly lucky to have found this clinic. From making my first appointment, staff was friendly and answered all my questions. dr Kim made sure my initial visit as comfy as possible;so caring and knowledgable too!!! I've had many dentists in the past and Dr Kim is by far one of the best I've had.

I’ve never had anything bad to say about other dentistries- for one, I’ve become good friends with one of my other dentists and given her gifts because she’s so wonderful- but just thinking about how so many others will be wronged by such an irresponsible dentistry without being aware of who they are makes me want to take this time to write a thorough review. In A Nutshell: My mom and I were screamed at and kicked out for having asked about the pricing before the procedure and for having asked details about my cavities. How dare we. If you are not processing the above, me neither. I still don't get how that all happened in real life … There are 3 components to finding the best dentistry. Under each, I’ll describe my family’s experience and show how this dentistry utterly lacks in Every Single Component.. 1. Customer Service - Tries their best to Not tell us the price until AFTER the procedures (multiple times in the past as well) - They don’t transfer files to other offices via fax/email but you have to get them yourself in person - they don’t know what doing things “electronically” means - The Nurse, no joke, screamed her head off at me… because I could not see the cavities when the doctor pointed them out in a hand mirror (should I have lied that I can?) - No wonder it’s like a ghost town in there - I’ve Never seen another patient there, so honestly I highly doubt anyone will even be looking at this review... 2. Doctor - He snapped and dropped his equipment after I said that I could not see the cavities (Again, should I have lied that I can?) and I had asked if I could possibly see in the x-rays of how bad they are, and he told my mom and I that he refuses to do the procedure because he does not appreciate that we asked questions about the pricing before the procedure and he thought I didn’t trust him when he told me I had cavities ... Essentially equalling: “How dare you question me and my authority. If I say something, you should believe it no matter what.“ I mean, great, he’s a dentist, but as a human with a brain, I’d like to confirm and know details before he digs into my teeth and gums ... and also I sort of don’t want to be surprised by the price at the end so I would like to know in the beginning … Was that so wrong for me to do ? - This one is really immature of the doctor- in the patient history form for my next dentistry to see, he gossiped about me, my mom, and even my dad ... He essentially wrote a venting-out diary page about what happened that day even saying things like “Mom hesitated” and various unbelievably subjective things. (In there, he completely left out the part of the lady screaming at me and other details not to his favor.) Who does that ?? Perhaps because he has no other patients, he has such time to write a narrative ..... He seems to be over 65 years old but in seeing that, I felt like I went back to elementary school when someone immature tattled on me unjustifiably just to give me a bad reputation … 3. State-of-the-art Technology/Equipment - All the other dentistries use x rays that can be viewed digitally, but not this office - My current dentistry was surprised that this office did not/ did not know how to fax, email anything - This office lacks customer service so much that they refuse to invest in new and improved technology … Because they clearly don’t care much about the customer.. I wanted to warn potential new patients and current patients as well - because honestly I’m assuming if they’re such people with such morals to be able to scream at a patient and show so much pride and immaturity, they’d assumedly be the type of people to try to wring the most money out of you and just not give you the best service. I’m sure any other dentistry will be better. Don’t let their initial smiles fool you... If possibly the office is reading this, I genuinely hope you guys could change your ways and not create more victims.. I’m quite traumatized from experiencing someone SCREAMING her head off at me especially in a place that’s supposed to feel safe and professional.
