weeks after gallbladder surgery, I was in distress with severe abdominal pain, went to N. ridge for post op with my PCP, was sent by ambulance to ER.Was given pain med and sent home. Next day Urgent care! Physician there called for ambulance wouldn't come until they got a room ready for direct transfer. 2 hrs later in very distressful pain doc told husb to drive me the mile down the road, as it was blizzard out, Feb in MN. Dr Shutterle said I must be crazy should've never came refused to treat me and told me now you'll have to wait longer. Offered anti psychotic and benadryl. I said no thanks. 6 hours later having been in PAIN worse than having a baby. Finally got rm stayed overnight to be told it was a LIVER Stone.

Horrible man, very unethical. Weeks later, another Liver Stone! Husb took me back to ER against my wishes. Thank God, I had a diff doc who gave me pain med shot. While he was out of room. Dr Shutterle Had his tech sneak into my ER to make fun of me, saying she was there to bring me down for CT scan, saying I must have hit my head. My husb chased her out. My husb told attending, he just said she must have had wrong room.  NOT so, upon leaving husb pushed me out in wheelchair and we passed the tech and Shutterle , they were laughing at me. My husband wanted to punch him out. I told him NOT worth it. Just get me out of here! I wanted to go home.
I read paperwork next day and He HAD ordered the CT Scan! he wasn't even the attending. Horrible Man!  For me to be in dire pain and twice this man made fun of me, forcing me to suffer through 2 LIVER STONEs. I will Never return to that ER. I did report him to Stephen Cambell, MD, Director's secretary called me but never heard from director. They sent letter saying matter was resolved.  Not on my end!
