The staff is sooooo inefficient and unprofessional. They do not answer the telephones. I needed a letter of authorization to see a Gynecologist for my tumor and called them a lot of times, left 3 messages in 2 days, yet I received no reply. I had to go to Dr Kiran's office to get the paper. I was crying there, since I could not make an appointment with any doctors in less than 2 weeks and my case was urgent, the reaction of the staff when seeing my crying was only locking the doors on me instead of sympathizing or helping. Never never never go to this doctor and the office.

Poor , had to wait hours while fasting for blood test . They told me to just go and get the test done and it would be in the system. It was not in the system . Called to get it in the system it never made it . May have to miss work again because of this .probably should find a more professional Doctor . Terrible waste of my time . They don't care 😞
