I have never been to a better dentist in my life. He has taken care of me, my significant other, my friends, and my family. Every single experience is above and beyond. They have taken me in during the hardest times and made me feel like they genuinely care about me, my pocket, and my situation. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a dentist who cares!

I went to see Dr. Richins and his staff yesterday for a very painful tooth. I did not have an established dentist nor was I even looking forward to seeing the dentist. They really know how to care for someone and their family. I have very bad anxiety when seeing dentists and they made my experience amazing! They even called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay and if I had any questions. They now have mine and my families business and referrals!! Thank you very much guys!! I'll be seeing you again!

The staff are the white snow of dentistry! I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Richins!

Cavity filling is never fun, I have probably had around 10 over the course of my life, and every time the needle for the numbing agent burns and stings your gums and the displacement from the injection is pretty dang uncomfortable too. I have also always felt the drilling, but try to keep quiet so they don't attempt to numb me up more. All in all a pretty annoying event with some mild to moderate pain and discomfort. HOWEVER, Dr. Richins somehow managed to place the needle without me knowing it was in (and no I was not distracted, I was waiting for the sensation). I kept thinking he must be looking at something unsure of what to do before he actually numbs me up, but then my mouth went numb. Ok, so the guy is a wizard with needles. Then somehow I never felt a single sensation for the entire drilling and cavity repair. I have had two other dentists in the region that were fine, but no one has the skill this doctor has. Also, Brenda the hygienist is amazing, besides clearly being great at teeth cleaning, she is a fount of knowledge and will give you the breakdown on anything you want to know oral hygiene related. She seriously is an expert in her role. Top that off with all the other staff working seamlessly too, best dentist I have ever had.

My childhood dentist wasn't very gentle and when I would let him know I was feeling it he would say "I'm almost done." It made me not want to go to a dentist, not like my visits with Dr. Richins. Dr. Richins is WONDERFUL!! He is so gentle - I didn't even feel the shot! He paid attention to my body language and when my hands were clenching - old habit from my last dentist. He is the Best! Thank you SO much! I'm a patient for life!
