The doctor was extremely approachable, professional, polite and friendly. He came across as a very nice, patient and a compassionate human being. He gave me ample time to discuss all my concerns and queries and addressed them all one by one. His treatment worked. I will highly recommend him.

Dr. Elterman has a good bedside manner. He looks you in your eyes while you are talking with him. He listens without interrupting while you are speaking. He will talk you throughout a procedure. He also smiles and has a good sense of humor. I feel comfortable around him. So, if you are seeking a urologist with the before mentioned qualities, make an appointment with him.

Dr. Elterman has a busy practice because he's really good. He has the unique ability of making me feel like I'm his only patient in the world--- He listens to me, explains things to me, and never rushes me. What more could a patient ask of his doctor? I unequivocally recommend him!
