Dr Bartusiak is upfront and direct, very easy to talk to, patient friendly and never condescending. He spends time to get to know the patient and their needs. Especially when it comes to your teeth you want a doctor who knows what they are talking about and he is definitely that person. His office is very modern; patient frindly and staff is pleasent and happy to be there. I would highly recommend him for any type of dental work. My wife and myself see him on regular basis and we both had quite a lot of dental work done by him ,completely satisfied and definitely not planing on changing dentists anytime soon.

Dr. Bartusiak is an excellent dentist.  Experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy. His staff is very friendly and I have recommended him to numerous friends & family with great results. Beautiful modern office with very pleasant ambiance and state of the art technology.

I had an apoointment that in some way disappeared from their schedule. But I admit I was late for it since I had trouble of getting copies of my x-rays from my previous dentist.
When I got there, I was told by the receptionist that Luc Bartusiak is a great dentist, and I won't have problems I experienced at my previous dentist. She was on my side.The dentist was extremely busy, but it took him just about 20 seconds in the hallway to look at my x-rays and tell me I didn't need a crown and don't need a crown on another tooth. I was so happy to finally find a good dentist. My gut feeling was right.  But it didn't happen. After the receptionist learned where I was treated,  she changed by 180 %. Her name is Alexia. After being sympathetic and letting me believe I'm in good hands, she told me to wait in the waiting area. I told her I don't want her to contact my previous dentist facility because I was seeking a second opinion. But she contacted my previous dentist facilty after she told me she wouldn't. She violated my privacy. And I heard her talking about me while I sat in the waiting area. AGAIN, the reason I went there IS TO SEEK A SECOND OPINION and not to have a bias opinion before I was even seen by the dentist formed by the receptionist. 
After she finished her phone call inquiring about me, she told me she's booked for months. That's unfair practice. She formed her opinion based of what she was told, not letting the dentist decide for himself. It's discrimination.
 When I called to make my first appointment, the doctor was busy but had open slots. Now she decided the dentist was booked until November, that's six months ahead of time.
I called back after getting back home to check if they're taking new patients. And yes, they were. So she lied! That's when I knew patients aren't given equal rights to see the dentist. 
I don't know what the other facility told them. I'm sure they were trying to save themselves since I have a crown that wasn't needed, and I'm in pain. And it hurts to see my trust broken by releasing my info.
Patients should have the right to see who they want and their service shouldn't be denied. So beware. Never tell them who you have seen if you are seeking a second opinion on something that has been done. If Alexia knows the place, she will call and take one side or the other. So keep it to yourself until you see the dentist. And be aware your information might be shared without your release.
The DENTIST MIGHT BE REALLY GOOD. I'm saddened I was never given a chance to find out. His own employee got him a negative review.
