My experience was the polar opposite of what these unhappy people experienced. Doc was totally professional and the staff was warm and thorough. He perceived and allayed my nervousness prior to and during the procedures.

I took my adult developmentally disabled son in to see Dr. Comaratta.  Not only was the front staff totally disorganized, but I had to wait two and one half hours to see him.  He was very disrespectful to my son, was very impatient, and rough.  When my son began to cry, he stated my son was uncooperative.  I found Dr. Comaratta to be very arrogant and uncaring.  His bedside manner was nonexistent.  We were told by two staff members they were going to show us a video on my son's condition, and that never happened. When we asked the Dr.  questions about the conditions of the eye, he was extremely rude and condescending . I would never trust any member of my family to see this doctor.   From what we witnesses, all patients were treated like cattle going through the slaughter house.

I have never regretted anything more than coming to this man. He is extremely arrogant. He never explained the procedure and told me I would be back to normal in a few hours to a day at the most. It has been 10 weeks my eye is still dialated. I had holes in my retina building fluid. All he did was laser those holes. I called the next morning because my eye was all red and swollen bad. There was no concern by his office staff. I had to go to Glacier eye in Kalispell and was seen by two caring eye surgeons. They can't figure out what went wrong and why I had so bad of infection. They still can't figure out why I am still dialated. I called to see if this was normal and the rude lady told me to fax my records to her. There is no compassion from anyone there. You're are just a number. Please take my advice and don't put your vision in this mans hands. Go to Glacier eye care in Kalispeell or travel to another state. BE AWARE,!!!

I have been very pleased with Dr. Camaratta both in his demeanor and knowledge.  Bozeman is privileged to have an ophthalmologist of his caliber.

Rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. His shrew of an office manager is one of the most vile people you will ever have the misfortune to encounter. People who are suffering from an eye condition deserve compassion; you will not find that here. You are better off hitchhiking to Missoula than wasting your time with this guy.
