I love Dr Thompson! This practice was the best choice I have ever made in PCP care so much so that My parents, best friend, and coworker have all transferred care here after they heard me talk non-stop about how wonderful everyone truly is at this practice. If I could give more stars I would!

Dr. Thompson is amazing!  He is empathetic, patient, humble, and caring. He is also very knowledgeable, thorough and proactive. He uses both traditional and functional medicine to treat you as a whole person, not just  an isolated set of symptoms.  His staff is very accommodating and friendly, and they work hard to ensure that your patient experience is a positive one.  I would absolutely recommend Dr. Thompson for anyone who is looking for a family practitioner.

Staff is extremely rude and not helpful in the least. I have attempted to discuss with Dr. Thompson but staff has not allowed me to speak to him.
 I have had this experience many times and will no longer put up with it.

I will let everyone know, you will never find a kinder person nor a more wonderful doctor as Dr. Thompson.  His staff is the most wonderful staff I have ever been involved with.  I am hearing  impaired, with many medical issues.  Dr. Thompson and his staff have sometimes jokingly said I am one of his nicest most complicated patients!  This always brings a good laugh to me and others.  It is all in good humor and the whole staff has a beautiful sense of humor.  I affectionately call him Doc.  You will never find a more loving and caring group of people.  I am happy to call them my friends, my brothers and sisters in the Lord--and most of all, these people, including Dr. Thompson, are some of the sweetest and kindest people you will ever meet.  If you had a bad experience, I hope you found someone you like.  Trust me, if you have found anyone more kind and sweeter than these people, great! If I ever leave this area, I will personally miss tremendously these beautiful people that I have been with for almost four years.  Why change docs when you already got the best there is.  Right?
