Dr Williams has been a wonderful Doctor for me. His staff has been extremely helpful also in helping me with my L&I claim. He takes time with his patients and I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Williams has been my Family physician for 2 Years and I owe him my life. During a routine yearly physical, he and I discussed what my general health had been and because of his thorough thought process and ease at which I can share with him, he recommended a lab test and follow-up appointment that ultimately found an issue with my heart. Thank You.

I have been going to Dr. Williams monthly for about a year now. Both him and the staff are great, always being friendly and helping. He's always quick to see me from when I come in, and helps me follow up with any labs/consults as well. Great guy and would definitely recommend!

This is an unprofessional establishment. The office staff are going to have a hard time creating a client base when the Dr.'s mother keeps discharging patients. It is very unprofessional for the staff to tell patients what their personal relationship is with the doctor. I was discharged as a patient because asked if I could speak with the doctor about my test results. She rudely exclaimed that I must come in, I asked her to be less rude, she said she is his mother, I should be less rude and I should find a new doctor. What doctor allows a patient to be discharged, by his staff in the middle of a medical investigation, without even speaking to them? Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Happy Doctor Hunting

Word of advice: Be sure to address him as "Dr. Maxwell Williams." I was discharged for failure to do so, according to my insurance company. No warning. No pre-knowledge. No written policy on what constitutes dischargeable behavior. No 30-day notice. No request for corrective behavior. And I don't recall addressing him in his office although my email account did not use the courtesy title. Business connections have had similar experiences, I now know after-the-fact.
