Went here for an appointment I had booked a month in advance as a new patient. The Doctor appears on my insurance portal's "In-Network" search, whereas they accept our insurance and are accepting new patients. My insurance was verified over the phone when I made the appointment initially. I fasted for 6 hours prior to my appointment (for blood work), showed up early to fill out paperwork, at which point the dumbass phlebotomist told me my insurance was not accepted by them (despite me confirming with their office, and with Empire Blue Shield). Empire Blue Shield then confirmed with their Office Manager the next day that they are in fact in this network since 2009, and they accept my insurance. So all in all, I waited a month for this appointment, fasted for most of the day, showed up early, and was turned away due to idiot employees. This is a very disorganized office, and I will never go back to this place. I received no apology from the office for their screw-up, for wasting my time, AND causing me to waste 2 hours of paid-time-off at work.
