Dr. Minh is a very friendly family doctor, very caring and supportive and always informs my dear husband with his health, 1 star for him. Overall this clinic itself is a disaster, this clinic is run by racists incompetant unprofessional ignorant stubborn rude selfish people. I went to pick up a prescription note for my dear husband around 5pm before they close at 6..whenever I go to the clinic..they never greet and they would stare, no smiling and dont even bother to ask how are you, how can I help you... As I said I am here to pick up a prescription note for my dear husband. Two secretaries in the front desk one for dental and one for medical (didnt know he had 2 secretaries as I am still new and not familiar with the clinic) ..i went to the dental thinking she could also help..than directs me the women in the left who is currently on the phone. Once the lady on the left gets off she ask can I help you in a (what is it you want tone?!) again.. I told her that I am here to pick up a prescription note for my husband she looks at me and tells me to sit down untill Dr.Minh comes out to write it down. My husband informed me that it had already been written.. Sat down for 10-15 min, as 6pm hits.. the secretary who is now off her shift comes up and says, when Dr.Minh comes out, ask him to write down the prescription... I spoke and asked he didnt write it down yet? As I didnt finnish talking, she disrespectfully said no, looked away and walked away. 5-10 min later Dr. Minh comes out, Im waiting and I asked for the prescription note.. He said my secretary didnt give it to you? There was still 3 patients left and it was past 6pm ..he had to look for the prescription note himself and took him 5 min to look for the prescription note that HE ALREADY WROTE and the lady had put the note back into my husbands file as its suppose to be up in the front for pick up... As I thought it was just a pick up it ended up being a 20-25 min wait with all the miscommunication or just ignorant stubborn rude unprofessional staff who dont want to help or just dont know how to do there job correctly. I am not racists but if you cannot speak there language or you are not from there country they treat you poorly with no respect what so ever. I also witness my husband booked an appointment and walk ins come in, if your close with the secretary she will sneak them in before you.. Soo unprofessional and rude she has no sympathy for people or there time!! Dr. Minh is a great doctor but his clinic is running poorly by unprofessional disrespectful rude staff. I have never felt so disrespected and so angry by the service they offer, if it wernt for Dr.Minh I would not rate them for any stars at all!! Be aware by the bad service the staff have to offer.

Good place to go if you know the secretary as you are able to cut in line infront of everyone else. If you do not then I would advise that you not come here.
