Before Psychiatry services were offered at the location in Mandeville, Dr. Mohammad at Redi Med referred me out to another Doctor in the area. I didn’t like my experience there because that Doctor was more concerned with charging my credit card for evaluation test, than actually listening to my issues. It wasn't until I returned to Redi-Med to complain about the referral did I learn they would soon Redi-Med would soon offer the same service. Yesterday I had my first session with Dr. Mohammad Imran Naeem MD, and it was so wonderful that I had to post a review. Dr. Naeem is the son of the owner, and at first, his youth caught me off guard, but this young man is excellent. He listened to me, asked questions to get a better understanding of who I am; then he repeated everything I said back to me. He didn't just take my money and stuffed me into a box, but took the time to understand how my medication was helping me or hindering me. From the front desk clerk Erica to Christine, to Dr. Naeem MD - I will continue as a patient of Redi-Med Psychiatry for as long as the service is offered. Their customer service is unmatched in the New Orleans metropolitan area.

I've gone here several times now between being sick, follow ups, and wellness exams. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the wait times are usually very short. Dr. Yousuf is my go to doctor now, although ive had Dr. Nguyen before and he is also very well informed and helpful. The nurses seem knowledgeable, sweet and attentive, which is a huge plus too. Highly recommended this place.

This clinic really can treat most people that walk in. I also used them for my annual wellness exam. I strongly recommend this clinic!
