Signed up as a new patient and transfered all my insurance information as Dr.Nisha as my primary care provider. Missed my first appointment. Not aware I was charged a $50 no show fee I scheduled a second...cancelled the second appointment once i found out i had to pay $50 because i did not have $50 to pay unexpectedly....failure to realize unexplained information within a time resulted in another no show. Being unaware the second appointment in result to a no show it was dismissed and I scheduled a 3rd appointment when I knew i could pay the $50. Waiting upon my 3rd appointment my insurance was canceled so I called and canceled my 3rd appointment ahead of schedule so it didnt result in a no show. I finally get insurance established again and call back to schedule and am told I can't be accepted as a patient after I was already given the approval a few months prior. If you're going to run a practice take notes...know your patients and their situations. All that to get told i wasn't going to be accepted because someone can't remeber what the situation was or because someone can't inform you of their policies. I never received anythig in the mail with stating policies or even met the doctor. I called this doctor and owe her $50 for their own neglect.
