New resident in Highlands County from Ohio and I needed to establish myself with a dentist and his hygienist to take care of my teeth. I have had dental work all my life and had briefly tried one of the local big name dentistry locations that can be found everywhere. Huge mistake & although they had an office in Sebring I knew I would never go back there. They kept trying to sell products & things I did not need. DR Chip was great. Told me exactly what I needed and what he expected from me to maintain my mouth health. His Hygienist was amazing. Staff was helpful and I'm really happy to have found a dentist & his staff that are as good as these guys.

Going to the Dentist is not one of those 'bucket list' items. However, Dr. Chip and his staff make it a pleasant experience. They do the job quickly and efficiently and with cheerful attitudes and friendly manners. And their work is excellent. They are a one-stop office and you won't be sent somewhere else to have a difficult procedure. Love these folks. They're GOOD!!

I have lived with a crooked front tooth most of my life. It made me self conscious. When Dr. Kinnunen replaced the tooth with a crown, He also straightened the tooth. It looks great and better still didn't hurt a bit. I recommend him highly!

Dr. Kinnunen, aka Dr. Chip, is an excellent dentist and his staff is top of the line. The experiences I personally had as a child in the dentist's chair kept me away from dentists for a long time but with Dr. Chip and his staff I found caring and sensitive people that has rebuilt my trust in this very necessary part of my own health. I believe that the staff of a doctor's office as well as the professionalism of the doctor define the level of treatment I will receive. This has proven true with Dr. Chip and his staff. My wife had a complete replacement of her upper teeth at Dr. Chips and we are so very pleased we made this decision. He and his staff explained everything that was going to occur before it occurred, were patient when we did not understand some of the technology of it and have been great in follow up care. I am employed by a hospital and have worked with medical professionals for years so I feel I have good judgement skills and know what to look for when I seek medical care. Look for the courtesy of the staff, how they interact with each other, how they respond to phone calls, calling to remind for appointments and their patience with me as a patient and of course how you good the doctor is at what he does. Dr. Chip and his staff score A+ in all of these areas. We highly recommend them and are pleased we have this opportunity to give you feedback from our experiences.

I would highly recommend Dr. Chip and his staff to anyone in need of any dental procedure. I have been a patient with them for many years. I used to be terrified of dentists and now, because of them, I can nap during any procedure! They are very informative, helpful, and compassionate.
