Two visits, over an hour of wait time. Took over a week to get return phone call to even make appointment. Follow up was rushed & doctor was rude. Never got test results. When I asked for suggestions on how to deal with pain he rudely told me he doubts my employer would appreciate if he gave me narcotics. I was so stunned by the nasty comment not only because I didn't even mention pain pills and also that he had the audacity to assume what my employer would appreciate. Never going back after the way I was treated.

Just moved to the area and my husband was looking for a new pain doctor. Heard high complements from a acquaintance of my husband. He walked into the office this morning to inquire about an appt and as soon as he walked in a nurse up front gave him a condescending/ dirty look as to say "who the heck are you, and what are you doing here" My husband told the nurse a little about his history and the medication he has been on for 20 years. She snapped at him that the doctor would never prescribe that. Who is she to decide what the doctor will or will not prescribe? She is only a nurse. Then she proceed to tell him that she need the records from his first pain doctor. He is unable to obtain those records due to the fact that the first pain doctor retired. He has all the records from his current pain doctor. His current pain doctor does have all his previous records, but she told him that the current doctor will not release those records. How does the nurse even know that, as I said before she is only a nurse not a records specialist. Whose office is this anyway. The nurses or the doctors. She was so condescending and rude towards my husband that he will not return there. Dr Provenzano may be a wonderful doctor, but his nurse need a good dose of what is proper as her position as ONLY A NURSE.
