I sat and waited in this office for 3.5 hours. I was in an absurd amount of pain and yet they continued to make me wait, despite having am appointment setup over a week ago. This is no doctor's office, this is a business. This clinic is not about the health and well-being of their patients, they care about how much you're willing to pay to fix your issue. They made no attempts to actually solve what was wrong with my shoulder, they just referred me to another doc in their clinic! Never again.

We were visiting Cedar City for a youth soccer tournament and my daughter had a collision with another player. She complained of incredible pain and the inability to walk. Being a Saturday evening we were preparing to go to the local hospital emergency room. One of the parents on the side line suggested we use Cedar Orthopaedic Direct Care. We called the 24/7 phone number and met Dr. Randy Declare at his office. He took over an hour with us explaining everything directly to our daughter. One of the greatest medical experiences this family has ever received.

I have had my shoulder, two hip replacement, and carpal tunnel done from Dr Delcore. Ive been down and broken and he has always done an amazing job on all of my surgeries. Ive never had to wait over more than 30 minutes for my appointments and he always makes sure he has answered all and any questions or concerns Ive had.. Thank god for Randy Delcore!

Dr. Delcore has been caring for my family for 25 years. He first cared for my tiny little mom doing two total knees on her. He treated her as if she were her mother. He was so kind and gentle, he always listened to her concerns. Then I had a grandson born with bilateral club feet. Oh my goodness, every time my daughter would take him in to have the casts changed he would spend the time to put back together the "taken off cast" so that she could keep serial casts as his little feet grew. My husband has seen him for shoulder and knee problems. My most amazing experience is my personal experience. I had gone to him for several knee issues as I have a high link for arthritis in my family. It was first knee scopes, a lateral release, and a meniscus tear. In December of 2003 I had a total knee on my right leg. He was so kind and wonderful. He was very responsive to everything I needed and certainly considered my wishes. I could not have asked for better. My knee was bone on bone, I feel like he helped guide me through until I couldn't take it any longer and decided surgery was an option for me. I needed it to be my idea and he was respectful of that. November of 2014 I had my left knee was bone on bone and I had a left total knee. I knew what to expect this time. Once again all of my options were laid out before me. I chose to have the surgery and go home that night. I am extremely appreciative that he honored my opinion, gave me options and let me choose. I could not have had a better experience with my knee and my surgery. I did very well. I was able to get my knee to bend back to 110 degrees on my first physical therapy visit. It was so wonderful. Once again I felt as though I had been given a second chance at my life. Dr. Delcore is so good to me. I trust him implicitly. He is kind, gets me into the room quickly and probably most importantly when he comes in the room I have his complete undivided attention. He treats my like a friend and not just another person to see in his quota...he cares about me. If anyone is looking for someone to do a standard of care, state of the art orthopedic procedure...look no farther. I have absolute confidence and trust in Dr. Randy Delcore. Thank you

I would recommend this doctor to anyone. His wait time is sometimes long, but it is because when he is with you he is REALLY with you. He is personal, speaks to you intelligently, but doesn't try to talk over you like some doctors do. His office staff is amazing too. I had surgery with him in 2003 with great results and know I will get the same results with this new problem. THANK YOU Dr. Delcore.
