When I called to make an appointment I was informed by automated message that I had to make an appointment online. After a week I was sent an appointment confirmation for two weeks later. I had to cancel due to money issues. At 7:40 a.m. I received a call from the Dr's office from someone barely understandable that if I didn't show up I could not be seen by that office anymore. This was the first time I was informed of this policy let alone got to talk to a real person. The receptionist or whoever did not care about why I couldn't make the appointment and got VERY rude towards the end. Apparently you can have whatever policies you want when your in demand. At no point until I talked to the receptionist who could barely be understood was it mentioned that if I missed the appointment then I was done. Don't waste your time settling for this office like I did.

Dr. Rowser is a great family doctor, she's has such a great personality. You know you're in good hands as soon as you walk in.

I love Dr. Rowser and Dr. Harris. They take the time to listen to you and I feel that they truly care about my health!

I simply love Dr Rowser! She is thorough. Dr. Rowser really cares about her patients. I've honestly never had a better doctor

Dr. Rowser is really good. My only concern is that she has too many patients and not enough staff/space for us.
